This is a volunteer uniform vest for the Seattle urban guide ( SUNG) program, a part of the Seattle parks and recreation department, made by REI a common choice for durable outdoor workwear,the right patch features a bald eagle and identifies the wearer as a nature guide , the left patch shows the logo for Seattle urban parks & recreation.please note there is a mark on back of this piece but may come out , but given the quality of this piece and how rare these are this would be unique to any men’s wardrobe.
