How to Use the Line Spooler : shaft and fix it to shaft. Install winding roll and tapered block B in turn,lock them with a flower nut. the line on reel to the winding roll. star drag,shake the handle by hand to drive shaft and rotate the winding then line on reel will be winded to winding roll.
