Hip to Hip they measure 20 inches so could possibly fit up to a 40 inch waist, however due to the cut of them and the fact they are supposed to be worn over trousers I would take that into consideration. They are quite straight and slim fit. The inside leg measures 33 inches. They have elasticated ankles and the waist is a drawer string closer. No pockets.
