Frog Toggs Frog Leggs waterproof overboot and gaiter, size XL (they fit over my size 13 boots). These go over your boots and 17", so just below the knee. Fastens securely with velcro. Rubber cleated bottom and neoprene uppers. These are in excellent and clean condition and have been used only a few times. Includes the original storage/carrying bag.
